Day 1: North Station, Town Hall, Miguelete early, Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen, Central Market, afternoon El Carmen — all on foot; no CAC or beach today or you skew the whole trip.
Day 2: City of Arts and Sciences in the morning, return filtered through Turia Gardens, dinner in Ruzafa — same pace: open space, more heat, less fine alley time.
Day 3: Cabanyal first, paella at midday, then beach or seafront walk — starting on the sand makes the day lazy and interchangeable with any coast.
